Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking a Trauma Group Therapist to work within their Northern Illinois facility. They are a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health and offer evidence-based care approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT). The role involves facilitating group therapy, providing individual support, and participating in patient discharges and professional development.
Requirements
- Hold the following licenses or certifications: LPC/LCPC, MSW, LCSW, or psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Have experience working with adults in group and individual therapy settings
- Possess knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT and group dynamics
- Have previous experience working with patients in crisis
