Compass is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their Strategic Growth team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving net-new pipeline for the team, educating Compass Agents on the benefits of Strategic Growth, and partnering with Agents to identify new business opportunities. The role involves generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts, outreach to prospective agents, and working closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop successful prospecting strategies.
Requirements
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
- Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, and other methods
- Articulate Compass' value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities
- Work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop successful prospecting strategies
- Document all activities within Compass' CRM, maintaining flawless data management
- Drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create new processes and refine existing processes
- Analyze addressable market in nascent geographies and create demand for disruptive technology
