Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Compass, you will be responsible for driving net-new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team by educating the Compass Agent Community on the benefits and importance of contributing to the Strategic Growth of Compass. You will generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts, outreach to prospective agents, and articulate the Compass value proposition to create qualified opportunities in your market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities
