Job Description
The Machining Process Engineer is focused on machining processes, including Turning, Milling, and Grinding. Leads continuous improvement projects to reduce rework and improve efficiency. Creates standard operating procedures for production.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in engineering or technical field (B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc.)
- Ability to understand and interpret complex technical documentation
- Machining background (Turning, Milling, Grinding)
- CNC Machining & Programming
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with process implementation and continuous improvement
- Ability to design tooling and fixturing
