Technical Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.

What You Will Do

Own the customer support queue end to end, write code daily in Typescript and Python, bridge customers and engineering, jump into pre-sales conversations, write public docs and troubleshooting guides, own customer health, and dogfood Composio.

You will be a good fit if you have done deeply technical support at a dev tools, infrastructure, or API company, can read a stack trace, a curl request, and a log line and triangulate the bug, ship code that reaches production, and are comfortable mixing support, sales-adjacent conversations, and customer success outreach.

Requirements

• Technical support experience at a dev tools, infrastructure, or API company
• Ability to read a stack trace, a curl request, and a log line and triangulate the bug
• Experience shipping code that reaches production
• Customer-facing experience
• Ability to run a live debugging call with a senior engineer and keep their trust
• Comfortable mixing support, sales-adjacent conversations, and customer success outreach
• AI native experience, including building with language models and using LLMs to accelerate triage, repros, and writing fixes
• Typing skills, including writing docs well and explaining complex ideas clearly
• Based in North America in PST or EST hours
• Human skills, including building trust and admitting what you do not know
