The Corporate Account Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth and improve gross profit margins across assigned corporate accounts.
Requirements
- Develop and execute individual corporate account plans to retain and grow business.
- Coordinate activity with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to support budgeting and goal setting.
- Identify at-risk business and new conversion targets; coordinate internal resources to drive results.
- Build strategic relationships with suppliers and act as a technical resource to internal teams.
- Lead coordinated communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure unified service.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and issue escalation using company core values as guiding principles.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., CSR, pricing, credit, buyers) and supplier contacts to align efforts and support customer needs.
