Supervisor - Secure Withdrawal/E&T: Oversees daily operations of the Secure Withdrawal Management and Evaluation and Treatment Facility. Responsible for hiring, performance reviews, ensuring adequate shift coverage, and monitoring for adherence to approved workflows and agency policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related degree in Behavioral Health, or a closely related field
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience collaborating across disciplines and programs to meet the needs of varied client populations is desired
- Driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
- Washington State Agency-affiliated Counselor Registration, or LICSW or LMHC
