Requirements

• 7+ years in insurance, risk management, or related field
• Demonstrated sales or business development experience
• Existing relationships with captive managers or major brokers
• Strong understanding of workers' comp, captives, and self-insured structures
• Comfortable presenting to senior audiences and building executive relationships
