Requirements

• Administer and maintain Workplace environments (virtualization, collaborative solutions)
• Diagnose and resolve level 2 incidents
• Contribute to the evolution of existing solutions and the deployment of new technologies
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system integration
• Conduct security and performance audits
• Document procedures and good practices
• Accompany teams and users
