Requirements
- Previous experience in line management
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to driving team performance
- Ability to evolve services for customers and improve internal processes and efficiencies
- Understanding of the commercial implications of service delivery
- Capability to report on and govern team output and impact
- Proven experience in relationship building at diverse organizational levels
- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework
- Competency in MS Office tools, with a proven record of effective usage
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
- Familiarity with Managed Operating Systems (advantageous)
