The role involves partnering with customers to maximize their success post-sale, developing deep relationships, and advocating for customer needs internally.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience serving mid-market companies in a B2B across support, success, and implementations
- Creating efficient & repeatable processes to build personal relationships with dozens of customers, while minimizing administrative overhead
- Being detail-oriented and using communication to build trust with customers and the team
