Reporting to the Sr. Food Safety Quality & Regulatory Affairs Specialist, the Associate Quality Specialist will implement quality and food safety programs and support daily execution of activities across assigned focus areas.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Food, Biological, or Chemical Science or a related field (will consider 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Knowledge of quality systems, food safety systems, manufacturing processes, and relevant technologies
- Knowledge of government regulatory requirements including GFSI, FSMA, FDA, and USDA
- Experience using continuous improvement tools such as statistical process control and capability studies
- Troubleshooting, data analysis, and investigative competencies, utilization of digital tools to track and analyze data
