Production Manager - 2nd Shift

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will lead and oversee plant production operations to deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting cost, labor, and production objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biology, Industrial Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university
• 4+ years of production management experience, ideally within the food industry
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing performance, staffing decisions, and metric accountability
• Experience solving practical problems involving multiple variables in situations with limited standardization
• Experience reviewing and interpreting business publications, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
• Experience preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation
• Experience presenting information and responding to questions from managers, customers, and other stakeholders
• Experience applying basic algebra and geometry concepts
• Experience interpreting written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions
