Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift job requires leading production employees, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture centered around safety, quality, cost, and engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field preferred
• 2 or more years of supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Experience in food processing preferred
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and plant safety standards
• Familiarity with SAP and manufacturing processes
• Experience with Continuous Improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, TPM)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours based on the needs of the operation
• Self motivated work approach with a strong work ethic and proven record leading teams and managing multiple priorities
