Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

As a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift at Conagra Brands, you will lead team members to achieve process improvement opportunities, ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met, and develop an engaged workforce. You will be responsible for monitoring production performance, providing training and resources to employees, overseeing sanitation practices, and supporting plant and company safety programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering, food science, agricultural sciences, or another natural science field preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing preferred
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
• Knowledge of plant equipment and safety practices
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• SAP experience preferred
• Willing to work weekends and/or shift work
