Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead team members to identify, manage, and execute the plant's process improvement opportunities, managing production staff to attain production and quality goals. You will identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues, ensuring production resources are available to maintain production schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years or more supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
- Knowledge of GMP's
- Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety
