Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
- 2 + years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Understanding of food manufacturing processes, production losses, equipment, and plant safety
- Flexibility to work weekends, rotating shifts, or alternative schedules as required
