Job Description
Lead team members on third shift to identify, manage, and execute plant operations and process improvement goals, managing production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelorâs degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Union experience preferred.
- Experience in food processing or food manufacturing is a plus.
- Sanitation experience preferred.
