As a Customer Service Representative, you'll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels, delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support. The role is responsible for resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- Travel savvy: passion / experience with travel
- Sales/service experience in retail, sales, service or other "helping" business (preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (Mon-Fri 8am-1am AST, Sat-Sun 8am-10pm AST)
- TICO certification (preferred)
- GDS experience for Service Agents (preferred)
- Proficiency in a multi-system environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Typing 35 wpm as verified by a formal test
- Excellent computer skills and eagerness to excel at technical systems and internal tools
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
