The Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Travel savvy: passion / experience with travel
- Sales/service experience in retail, sales, service or other "helping" business
- At least 1 year of travel experience
- Travel Agent Certification
- Global Distribution Experience for Service Agents
- Proficiency in a multi-system environment
- Basic internet and web-based application skills
- Typing 35 wpm as verified by a formal test
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
