Job Description
Customer Service Representative responsible for interfacing with customers via phone or internet, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems.
Requirements
- Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual KPIs
- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
- Prepare accurate work and track customer information

- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to published materials or senior staff
