Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
• College degree or equivalent diploma
• Strong understanding of e-commerce
• Experience working with call center (voice and non-voice) and service industry
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Fluency with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
