Customer Service Representative (Flemish-Speaking) – Global e-Commerce position in Lisbon, Portugal. Investigate and resolve issues, drive customer satisfaction metrics, and work on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Flemish (C1) and English (B2) language proficiency
- College degree or equivalent diploma
- Experience working with call center and service industry
- Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts
