As a Customer Service Representative, you will investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators, drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics, and adhere to service levels across channels. You will be fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), have a college degree or equivalent, and experience working with call centers and the service industry. You will be available for 24/7 rotating shifts and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
