Customer Service / Technical Support Rep (On-Site)

The Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels, delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent
• High School diploma or GED
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbally
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills
• Patience in working with customers
