Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will be the link between HR policy and daily practice, translating HR strategy into concrete plans for departments and ensuring effective execution. You will advise management on HR issues, signal trends, and convert them into concrete improvement plans, and more.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education in HRM, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international or service-oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (Papiamento is a plus)
Benefits
- Annual performance bonus of 4% of the annual salary (CIP), dependent on performance
