Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in training and quality, including 2-4 years in progressive management roles

- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team
- Experience in managing functional groups with a focus on achieving quality outcomes
