Supervisor, Training

The Supervisor, Training assists with the analysis, scheduling, and implementation of classroom training to ensure superior workforce preparation. Responsible for cultivating relationships, reducing costs, and increasing revenue. Oversees the direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.

Requirements

• Develop a department of well-trained, competent professionals
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Conduct quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers
• Coordinate with the Quality Supervisor and Operations
• Create and maintain consultant training schedule
• Cultivate close working relationships with Training Manager(s), Operations, and Convergys managers, supervisors, and consultants
• Coordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and tools
