Occupational Therapist - PRN

Concept Rehab is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled and respectful evaluation, treatment, and supervision of patients with mobility, cognition, and function difficulties. The OT will develop treatment plans, communicate with various healthcare team members, and participate in training and discharge planning. The position is crucial for maintaining a competitive advantage in the rehabilitative care field.

Requirements

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Communicate with physicians, clinical managers, and other health team members.
• Maintain treatment records and billing paperwork.
