Job Description
Connecteam is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to oversee its large business and Enterprise customers. The role involves ensuring customer success through proactive planning, solution delivery, data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of workforce management processes, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive adoption of Connecteam’s platform and innovative solutions.
