Customer Success Manager - EMEA (Remote)

Constructor.io is a rapidly growing technology company that powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll join a passionate team of technologists who love solving problems and want to make our customers' and coworkers' lives better. We're looking for someone based in Eastern Europe who is passionate about cool technology and interacting with people, and has experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Know what an API is and have interacted with them before
• Excellent ability to quickly understand the different roles in an organization, focus on the ones most important to a task, and craft clear narrative to get people behind your ideas
• Ability to convince and motivate those around you to do what you know is right
• Enjoy interacting with customers and solving new problems daily
• Ability and desire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and come up with solutions to problems
• Multilingual is a strong advantage
