Customer Success Manager - EMEA (Remote)

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team in EMEA. As a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for technology and interacting with people, you will be responsible for ensuring customers are successful and thrilled with our product. You will work with a technology team to expand your knowledge and have a competitive compensation package including stock options.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of APIs and experience interacting with them
• Ability to quickly understand different roles in an organization and craft clear narrative to get people behind your ideas
