We are looking for an IT support specialist to join our team at our location in Hamburg HafenCity. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure administration, customer handling, and troubleshooting, with a strong interest in current technology.

Requirements

• Advisory and implementation with direct customer contact in the B2B environment
• Concept, implementation, and maintenance of our customers' IT as well as optimization of the existing system landscape
• Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of systems
• Supervision of external service providers
• Selection and management of cloud providers
• First point of contact and problem solver for our customers for questions about hardware and software
• Independent error analysis and troubleshooting
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure administration from servers to network components to clients and mobile devices
• Experience in customer handling
• Independent solution- and result-oriented working style
• Good organizational skills
• Interest in current technology
• Good German skills
