We are looking for an experienced IT Support Consultant to take our service desk to a higher level. You will be the go-to person for our customers and colleagues, solving complex software issues and providing direction. You will help our support department grow in content and contribute to building and securing knowledge within the support department.
Requirements
- Stand in direct contact with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Take on second and third-line support
- Dive into service environments to answer questions quickly and effectively
- Communicate user-friendly and solution-oriented with customers
- Collaborate with customers and development team to come up with smart solutions
- Apply technical knowledge and stay up-to-date on agreements made between ViaData and customers
- Report recurring issues and translate into structural improvements
- Actively contribute to building and securing knowledge within the support department
- Take a pioneering role in professionalizing our support department
