Job Description
Bilingual Digital Service Representatives (DSRs) are responsible for accurately processing cash and check transactions, providing excellent member service, and maintaining TellerPlus+ team standards and security. The role involves both virtual interactions and in-person assistance, with a focus on building rapport with members and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Accurately process transactions for deposits, withdrawals, loans, and more.
- Identify and pursue referral opportunities for personal sales.
- Provide excellent digital member service and maintain Teller balance.
- Uphold member confidentiality and comply with Bank Secrecy Act and regulations.
