Job Description
This part-time Digital Service Representative role involves processing cash and check transactions for members through video sessions. Responsibilities include accuracy, sales goals achievement, and maintaining member confidentiality. Requirements
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other types of transactions.
- Provide excellent digital member service and assist members with account setup and other needs.
- Maintain Teller Balancing Standards and act on any suspicious activities to the BSA Compliance Department.
- Demonstrate proficiency with multiple software environments.
- Comfortably operate multiple monitors and software systems.
