Job Description
Consumers Credit Union is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Member Service Representative to enhance member relationships and exceed expectations. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, resolving member issues, and proactively expanding customer relationships through upselling and providing support. This position requires a servant leader, empathetic listener, and problem solver.
Requirements
- Provide excellent member service.
- Respond to member communications and inquiries.
- Proficient in diffusing difficult member situations and resolving member concerns.
- Proficient in handling IRA transactions.
- Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loans, etc.).
- Build relationships with members and grow membership base.
