Job Description
Consumers Credit Union is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Member Service Representative to enhance member relationships and exceed expectations. The role involves providing exceptional service, resolving member concerns, and recommending appropriate financial products. Candidates should be customer-focused, empathetic, and possess a strong understanding of consumer banking products and services.
Requirements
- Provide excellent member service.
- Respond to member communications in a timely matter.
- Proficient in diffusing difficult member situations and resolving member concerns.
- Open new accounts for members, including IRA accounts.
- Process IRA transactions.
- Originate loan applications and obtain loan documents.
- Grow relationships through follow-up and documentation.
- Work knowledge of business services and transactions.
- Process member transactions.
- Actively listen to determine member needs.
- Educate members on products and services.
- Provide support including Online Banking and ATM.
- Refer new Business Account relationships
- Maintain accounts and perform Teller operations
- Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and USA Patriot Act
- Uphold member confidentiality
- Follow security guidelines
