Agile Coach sought to act as an Agile Coach within a team supporting a large federal agency, committed to an operating model based on Agile, Product-focus, and DevSecOps.

Requirements

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams
• Facilitate team workshops to help new teams understand Agile and Lean principles
• Lead in the creation, delivery, and strategy of Agile Training
• Help teams with sprint planning and implementation
• Provide ad hoc coaching to teams that have implemented Agile
• Provide practical hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
• Help teams set up their team boards, workflow automation, and automated reporting
