Contentsquare is a global leader in experience analytics, and we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Cairo. As a key member of our Global Mid Market Sales function, you'll generate quality pipeline, conduct outbound prospecting, and work with inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Requirements
- Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and understand business challenges
- Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context
- Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations
- Achieve quarterly quotas and goals for qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions
