Mechanical Principal Engineer

The Mechanical Principal Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical engineering operations, from specification knowledge to problem-solving and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to customer requirements, industry standards, and company best practices in the baggage handling systems engineering.

Requirements

• Design and review internal process documentation
• Develop and lead project engineers and designers
• Understand baggage handling systems and make system design decisions
• Perform complex engineering calculations
• Collaborate with vendors
• Review field installation drawings
• Assist in ensuring designs comply with specifications
• Read and understand customer specifications
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar)
