Job Description
Convera is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales of complex products, hedging solutions, and FX in our Perth office. The ideal candidate will have a competitive mindset, deep understanding of Convera's value proposition, and experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years financial services sector experience in FX or payments
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in consultative selling, corporate negotiations, and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of bulk payment processing, international payments, accounting systems, and platform integration
- Financially astute and proven ability to achieve or exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced team environment
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Foreign Exchange (FX) knowledge essential, especially with payments, risk management, and/or hedging solutions
