Job Description
Convera is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sales of complex products, hedging solutions, and FX, within our Brisbane office. We are looking for tenacious, motivated individuals with a competitive mindset to build a pipeline of Corporate clients and achieve new business revenue by addressing their international payments and hedging needs.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years financial services sector experience in FX or payments
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in consultative selling, corporate negotiations, and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of bulk payment processing, international payments, accounting systems, and platform integration
- Financially astute and proven ability to achieve or exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- Ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced team environment
- Fluent in English
