Job Description
Conversion is building an AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to help scale our go-to-market from the ground up.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Have sold products in the $5K–$50K range and managed a fast-paced sales cycle
- Comfortable running demos and explaining technical workflows
- Excited to prospect, write cold emails, and build pipeline from scratch
- Thrive in a startup environment where you have ownership and autonomy
- Enjoy collaborating with product, growth, and design teams to win deals
