Cooley is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Coordinator to join the Legal Talent team. The Lateral Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating legal talent efforts, with an emphasis on our firm-wide lateral associate and special counsel recruiting and integration efforts.
Requirements
- Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics for lateral attorney candidates
- Track and collect interviewer feedback
- Facilitate the offer process
- Coordinate pre-hire diligence steps
- Maintain the applicant tracking system
- Maintain strong relationships with headhunters
- Organize applicant files
- Assist in preparing and maintaining candidate pipeline and recruiting effort status reports
