The Lateral Legal Recruiting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of lateral lawyer and judicial clerk recruiting, including oversight of non-partner lateral lawyer hiring, strategic planning, and market awareness.

- 5 years of experience in legal recruiting in a large law firm environment
- Experience managing people and projects
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
