Nox Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Superintendent to implement and oversee the company's quality management system for various construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that construction processes and deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

• Rigorously follow the established quality management system
• Enforce quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections
• Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives
• Provide guidance and support to superintendents and engineers
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Review contractual documents
• Manage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors
