Nox Group is seeking a Quality Superintendent to support complex data center and construction projects. The role will involve implementing and overseeing the company's quality management system, enforcing quality control processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Rigorously follow the established quality management system
- Enforce quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections
- Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives
- Manage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors
- Review contractual documents
- Ability to travel to various job sites
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
- Ability to work from various heights
- Able to work a 40-hour work week
