QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERINTENDENT

Nox Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Superintendent to implement and oversee the company's quality management system for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Rigorously follow the established quality management system
• Enforce quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections
• Provide guidance and support to superintendents, field superintendents and engineers
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors
• Travel to various job sites as needed
• Work in extreme weather conditions and elements
