We are seeking a Vice President Business Development to drive sales of Corebridge retirement plans in the Midwest territory. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience prospecting for new business opportunities with proven results in the not-for-profit markets, selling products and services for mid and large 401(a), 403(b) and 457(b) plans, and working directly with plan sponsor C level executives. The role requires a solid understanding of qualified and non-qualified pension markets, excellent negotiation and sales skills, and the ability to travel in the territory 50% of the time.
